The hotel is situated in a convenient location, with a small supermarket and market nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, with Montaser being particularly noteworthy. The breakfast offered was tasty and enjoyable.
The hotel had loud music playing from a nearby club, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

During our recent romantic escape, we were pleasantly surprised by the great breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel's location was ideal, with a small supermarket and delicious eatery nearby. We also loved walking to the nearby mall. One of the best aspects was the pool, which was refreshing and relaxing, offering a much-needed escape from the busy city.
Sadly, the music from the lobby club was deafening and went on well into the early hours of the morning, making it nearly impossible to sleep. It was frustrating and impacted our romantic escape.

We enjoyed a great stay at this hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient with a small market and supermarket nearby. The Galery Mall was within walking distance. The breakfast was very good and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with easy parking and transportation options available.

The breakfast was tasty and the location was convenient with a nearby small supermarket and a market with delicious food and sweets. walking distance to a mall. Staff was helpful and friendly, especially Montaser.
Beware if you want to sleep at night! There is a club in the lobby that blasts music with relentless bass from 9pm to 3am every night.

The breakfast at Rakeen Hotel was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the location was great, as there was a small supermarket nearby and a market with tasty meals and delightful sweets. The Galery Mall was within walking distance, which was convenient for shopping. I must also mention that the staff, particularly Montaser, was friendly and went above and beyond to assist us.
